Our mission:

The goal of Premier Performance is to enhance your athletic ability while providingIMG_1607 you with safe  individualized  performance programing tailored to your specific needs. We specialize in proper body alignment and movement patterns through PRI training, which will enhance your bodies performance in every aspect.

Josh Kesel:

Josh serves as the strength and conditioning arm of P3. As a certified strength coach, he is an incredibly valuable asset to any pitcher and athlete and specializes in writing baseball specific programming. Josh provides instruction on many areas concerning health, improvement in movement patterns, as well as strength gains needed to perform at your best.

Premier Performance Boot Camp:


Premier Performance is now introducing its Boot Camp. You will not want to miss out on this amazing value. Whether you are a serious athlete looking to get yourself in premier shape, or someone looking to just get healthy, this is the program for you! We offer both a beginner and advanced version of our programs to help everyone at any level of fitness. The class structure is simple yet extremely effective and result producing.

Class Structure:

  • 10 minute warm-up
  • 45 minute workout
  • 5 minute cool down

Dates and Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

6:00am-7:00am or 9:00am-10:00amIMG_0381

7:30am-8:30 am for athletes

1 Month: $120 ($10/class)

6 Months: $648 ($108/month, $9/class)

1 Year: $1008 (84/month, $7/class)

More Details:

  • Maximum of 8 people in a class
  • Beginner & Advanced workouts offered each class
  • Clients are strongly encouraged to attend at least 2 classes/week
  • Child care not provided
