P3 Revolution Series:

Evolution of a Pitcher

Register now for the November Series!

 How will you evolve?

Add Velocity:

Power arms continue to come out of St. Louis due to P3.  Several members have moved on to play professional baseball and high level D1 baseball as a result of adding velocity.  Mitch Keller (Pittsburgh Pirates) went from topping out at 89 mph to reaching 95 mph as a result of his time at P3.  Devin Williams (Milwaukee Brewers) saw his velocity at 82 mph as a high school sophomore to 95 mph as a senior.

Improve Arm Health and Durability:

Learn our tested and proven methods of arm strengthening and recovery that will enable you to stay healthy and on the mound.  Pitching at a high level is a violent activity, therefore we must create an arm capable of handling the daily stresses involved in both training to pitch, and also pitching during the season.

Learn How To Make Quality Pitches With Plus Command:

Velocity is important but being able to command each pitch is necessary to be successful.  Two P3 clients, Jon Harris and Tanner Houck, used the knowledge and skills they gained to make an immediate impact at their schools.  Harris joined the weekend rotation at Missouri State as a freshman and became the Friday night starter as a junior.  He was drafted in the 1st round of the 2015 MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays.  Houck stepped right in as the Saturday starter as a freshman for the Missouri Tigers.  He was honored as a Freshman All-American and played for Team USA National Collegiate Team this summer.

Create The Foundation Needed To Train:

As a college pitcher, the ratio is usually one coach to fourteen pitchers.  Through the P3 Revolution series, the knowledge needed will be gained to develop a lifelong training program.  Each individual will have the ability to improve each and everyday through a great individual plan.

mitchkellerMitch Keller: “When I was in high school, I was not a big prospect. I signed to play college ball at North Carolina, but the coaching staff told me I might not
get much playing time. Once I got connected with Brian, our main  focus was to do whatever it took to get me playing time my freshman year. After 8 weeks of working together, my fastball jumped 6mph. I can honestly say that working with Brian made me a 2nd round draft pick. I cannot thank him enough.”

Mitch was topping out around 89 and pitching in the 86-87 range when he first started working with us.  He made the commitment to drive down from Cedar Rapids, Iowa every weekend for 8 weeks and ended up topping out at 95 while becoming a top draft attraction.

mattvierlingMatt Vierling: “Over the past two years with P3, Brain and Josh have helped me not only with velocity and strength, but becoming an overall better pitcher. The specialized training that they provide is some of the best around. Every kid I talked to that trains here has said that Brain and Josh have helped them significantly. Brian and Josh provide a down-to-earth atmosphere that allows you to talk to them about anything. P3 has helped me greatly and I recommend it to anybody who wants to work hard and get better.”

Matt started with Brian and was reaching 87 as his top velocity.  After working through the program for two years, he reached 95.  Matt will be continuing his playing career at Notre Dame University.

lukemathenyLuke Matheny: “What is great about working with Brian is that he never tried to change who I am as a pitcher. By focusing on what works best for me, gaining velocity and throwing pain free just came natural. I highly recommend working with Brian for anyone looking to get to the next level.”

Luke came to P3 topping out at 85 and needed some quick help in getting attention from the level of schools he was interested in.  After 6 weeks of intense training, Luke was showing a top pitching velocity of 89-90 and hit 92 at Oklahoma State, where he eventually committed to play baseball.

Brian Howard:Brian’s elite pitching program for me was a competition. It was a chance for me to go out on a weekly basis against the best pitchers in St. Louis. Every week was filled with feedback and a chance to know exactly where I stood in competition with MLB draft picks and an abundance of D1 baseball players. I believe that if you aren’t at P3, you are not doing everything in your power to be the best pitcher you can be. Brain DeLunas is the number one source for pitching knowledge in the Midwest. he is an intense leader and a fearless coach willing to go the extra mile to provide every participant with every opportunity to be a successful pitcher. I know that my success in high school and my chance to continue my baseball career at a premier baseball program  would not have been possible without the instructions received from Brain. Long story short, if you are serious about pitching, the P3 program is THE way to reach your potential.”

Brian continued to work hard throughout his EPP years and took himself from being on the verge of giving up baseball to earning a scholarship at TCU and pitching in the 92-94 mph range.

devinwilliams

Devin Williams: “Brian is without a doubt the most influential pitching coach I’ve ever had. From the day I started training with him after my freshman year, he hasn’t stopped trying to find new ways to make his pitchers better. Our pitchers always had the best off-season training, and it showed when it came to our overall velocity as a team and how we all stayed healthy all season long. Working with Brian prepared me for what I would be doing in pro ball & also helped to make me into the pitcher I am today. “
